# General Terms & Conditions
## Sri Lankan Entrepreneurs' Night 2026
**Australia–Sri Lanka Business Forum (ASLBF)**
By purchasing a ticket to the **Sri Lankan Entrepreneurs' Night 2026**, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
### 1. Ticket Purchase
* Every valid ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.
* Tickets must be purchased through authorised ASLBF sales channels.
* Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event organisers.
* Proof of purchase may be required upon entry.
### 2. No Refund Policy
* All ticket sales are final.
* No refunds or exchanges will be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, or personal circumstances.
* If the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders will be advised of the available options.
### 3. Event Changes
* The organisers reserve the right to change the venue, program, speakers, entertainment, schedule, or seating arrangements without prior notice if necessary.
* Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
### 4. Admission
* The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe.
* Entry may be refused if a valid ticket cannot be produced.
### 5. Seating
* Seating allocations are subject to the ticket type purchased.
* Reserved tables or seating arrangements are subject to availability.
* The organisers reserve the right to make seating adjustments where necessary.
### 6. Dress Code
Guests are expected to dress in business attire, business formal attire, or national/cultural attire appropriate for a professional networking event.
### 7. Photography & Videography
* Photography and video recording will take place during the event.
* By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in photographs, videos, promotional materials, websites, and social media without compensation.
### 8. Health & Safety
Guests must comply with all venue safety requirements and any lawful directions given by event staff or venue management.
### 9. Personal Property
The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
### 10. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or changes caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, industrial action, or other unforeseen circumstances.
### 11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
* Attendees participate at their own risk.
* The organisers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during or in connection with the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
### 12. Code of Conduct
The Australia–Sri Lanka Business Forum is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or offensive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
### 13. Alcohol Service
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with Australian laws and venue licensing requirements.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
### 14. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will only be used for event administration and communication in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
