By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the event by email from Sanctuary BPD Carer Support Group, the Event Organiser.
1. **EVENT INFORMATION**
1.1 Your ticket for this event is for use by the ticket purchaser only.
1.2 Event information, including the link for the online livestream content, must not be forwarded to third parties; doing so may hinder your access, as event entry is only by prior ticket purchase.
1.3 The content of this event, including the resources pack, are for use by the ticket purchaser only. They must not be shared with any third parties.
1.4 Responsibility for the confidentiality and security of event information and materials lies with the ticket purchaser.
1.5 If you believe that a third party has obtained details in an unauthorised manner, please promptly notify Sanctuary Carer Support, by emailing info@bpd-carers-sanctuary.org
2. **ONLINE TICKETS**
2.1 Online ticket holders will be sent a link via email which will authorise their access to the Livestream content at the published event start time only. It is your responsibility to attend at the time of the event.
2.2 Online participants must be logged in and must be able to receive the Livestream at the published start time. You are responsible for establishing a working connection to the Livestream. There is no refund if you cannot view the online livestream content or if you are unable to attend the event at the published start time.
2.3 Online participation in this event may require you to configure your software settings on your web device upon first use or may need you to download the software for your operating system. In order to watch and listen to the Livestream, you must have a working speaker and a screen of a suitable size.
2.4 Online participants are advised that the start time is published in South Australian Time (ACDT). If you are not in South Australia, you must convert the published start time from ACDT to your own local time.
WARNING, South Australia will be on DAYLIGHT SAVING time during our event.
2.5 An online ticket does NOT include a Resources Pack.
3. **TICKET PURCHASE**
3.1 Ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
3.2 Payment is online at the time of ticket purchase, and a credit/debit card is required to complete payment.
3.3 Your credit card details are not retained by Sanctuary BPD Carer Support Group. Our payment processors for this event are Trybooking and its contractors. Refer also to Trybooking's terms and conditions.
3.4 The information required to process your payment will be provided to Trybooking for the sole purpose of processing your payment.
4. **REFUNDS**
4.1 There is no refund for a change of mind, or if you cannot view the online livestream content, or if you are unable to attend the event at the published start time.
4.2 Online tickets will only be refunded in the event of a total power or internet connection failure from the venue resulting in a failure to broadcast the event.

6.1 All intellectual property in materials, resources, frameworks and content presented by Restorative Journeys remains the intellectual property of Restorative Journeys. Materials provided by Sanctuary BPD Carer Support Group remain the intellectual property of Sanctuary BPD Carer Support Group. Event content must NOT be recorded, reproduced, distributed or shared without the prior written permission of the relevant copyright owner.
7. **PRIVACY POLICY**
7.1 To deliver this event successfully, we ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you and allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") when you purchase a ticket.
7.2 The Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances will be used by Sanctuary BPD Carer Support Group and authorised contractors that assist Sanctuary BPD Carer Support Group in processing the information to enable the operation and delivery of the event.
7.3 You will be subscribed to the event mailing list at the time of ticket registration. That is so we can communicate with you about the event. We will not sell your details and you retain the right to unsubscribe at any time.
