The Swing Lounge Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to The Swing Lounge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refunds or Exchanges – All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be provided unless required by Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement – If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund. If postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, a refund may be requested within a specified period.
3. General Admission – Seating is not allocated. Arrive early to secure your preferred spot.
4. Performer Tickets – All performers are required to purchase a ticket to attend the event.
5. Entry Requirements – Persons under 18 are permitted in the function space but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
6. Food & Beverages – Your ticket includes a selection of food. Drinks are available for purchase at the venue. No outside food or drink is permitted. Additional food may be ordered from the bar at your expense. We take your allergy and dietary requirements very seriously. Please advise your needs at the time of booking and the Chefs and kitchen team will do their best to accommodate you. While all care is taken to prevent allergen contamination, please be aware that all foods are prepared in the same kitchen, and allergen contamination may still be possible.
7. Photography & Videography – By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. IWTC may use images and recordings for promotional purposes.
8. Personal Responsibility – Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The event organisers and venue take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
9. Changes to Lineup or Schedule – The organiser reserves the right to change the lineup or event schedule without notice.
