1. Entry — This ticket grants entry to the All-Star Ultimate Series event on 17/10/2026 at Pittwater Park, including the curtain raiser and main event.
2. Age restrictions — Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Refunds & exchanges — Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Event changes — The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule, teams, curtain raiser matchups, or venue due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather). Ticket holders will be notified of material changes where possible.
5. Postponement/cancellation — If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a ticket to the rescheduled date. The organiser is not responsible for any other costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).
6. Resale — Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial purposes without written consent from the organiser.
7. Conduct — Ticket holders agree to comply with venue rules and staff instructions. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, dangerous, or disruptive manner, without refund.
8. Photography & broadcast — By attending, ticket holders consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the event (including the UltiTV live stream) and to the use of this footage for broadcast, promotional, and marketing purposes.
9. Liability — The organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by the organiser's negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
