Tickets are fully refundable until 11.59pm on 9th of August, 2026. Please email frecuenciateam3@gmail.com for requesting a refund or a transfer and it will be issued to you within 1-2 business days. After that time, we can credit your ticket for the next event. This credit is only valid for the next event. Credited tickets are non refundable.

The event organisers have the right to refuse entry or evict any individual at any time. We prioritise providing a safe environment for the dance community.
