Thermomix TM7 Fundraiser Raffle Terms and Conditions

This raffle is being conducted independently by Jess Benson to raise funds for Dementia Australia.

The raffle is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. WA residents are not eligible to enter due to raffle laws and restrictions.

Tickets are $25 each. A maximum of 200 tickets are available. Multiple tickets may be purchased to increase the chance of winning.

The raffle can proceed once a minimum of 150 tickets have been sold. If the minimum ticket sales are not reached, all purchased tickets will be refunded.

The raffle draw will take place live on The Heart of the Mix Facebook page once all available tickets have been sold. The draw date and time will be announced at least 12 hours in advance.

The prize is a Thermomix TM7 valued at $2,649. The prize is provided as a Thermomix purchase gift card and is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for another prize.

The winner will be contacted after the draw and provided with the Thermomix purchase link and gift card to complete the purchase in their own name.

The winner will receive support through the purchase process, and assistance with setup and ongoing support will be provided where possible. Support options may vary depending on the winner’s location.

The winner’s details will be used for the purpose of contacting them regarding prize fulfilment. The winner’s name may be announced publicly after the draw.

A portion of funds raised will be used to cover the cost of the prize, with the remaining proceeds donated to Dementia Australia.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
