By purchasing a ticket to the CCGS Rugby Dinner, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Tickets are required for entry and must be purchased prior to the event.
2. Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the event the organiser cancels the event.
3. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please notify the organiser of any name changes prior to the event where possible.
4. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program, timing, seating arrangements, menu, entertainment or venue details if required.
5. This event is organised by the CCGS Rugby Community. While it is not an official school-run event, it is connected to the CCGS community and the school name is associated with the event. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately at all times.
6. Guests are reminded that they are representing the CCGS Rugby Community and the broader school community while attending this event in a public venue.
7. Guests must behave respectfully towards other attendees, venue staff, organisers, volunteers and members of the public. The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, offensive or disruptive.
8. This event includes the service of alcohol. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and over, in accordance with venue licensing requirements and responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Guests may be asked to provide valid identification.
9. The venue reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest, including anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately.
10. Guests are responsible for arranging safe transport to and from the event. The organiser encourages all guests to plan ahead and not drink and drive.
11. Any dietary requirements must be provided by the date requested by the organiser. While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, this cannot be guaranteed if information is received late.
12. The organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
13. Photographs or video may be taken during the event for community, school or rugby-related promotional purposes. Please advise the organiser prior to the event if you do not wish to be photographed.
14. In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking.
