By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Ticket Sales
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your ticket.
Tickets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets may not be held without payment.

Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the Coolamon Hotel prior to the event.
In the unlikely event that the Coolamon Hotel cancels the event, a full refund will be provided.
If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us to discuss your options.

Event Entry
Guests who are intoxicated, behave in a disorderly manner or fail to comply with venue policies may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.

Seating
Seating arrangements may be allocated by the venue.
If you wish to be seated with another booking, please advise us when purchasing your tickets or contact us as soon as possible. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking.
While every effort will be made to cater for dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Photography & Social Media
Photography and videography may be taken throughout the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to your image being used by the Coolamon Hotel in future marketing and social media.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy and share photos from our festive photo booth and tag the Coolamon Hotel on social media.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to any patron at any time.

Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The Coolamon Hotel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Event Changes
The Coolamon Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the event program, menu, entertainment or schedule if required due to circumstances beyond our control.

Force Majeure
The Coolamon Hotel shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or alteration to the event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions or supplier issues.

Bus
If insufficient bookings are received, the Coolamon Hotel reserves the right to cancel the bus service prior to the event. Guests who have purchased a bus ticket will be notified as soon as practicable and will receive a full refund for the bus component of their booking.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
