1. Booking and Payment
1.1. All bookings must be accompanied by full payment at the time of registration.
2. Attendee Responsibilities
2.1. Attendees must comply with any venue rules, health and safety requirements, and reasonable directions given by Event organisers.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made more than ten (10) days prior to the Event (on or before 24 September 2026) are eligible for a refund of the ticket price.
3.2. Cancellations made within ten (10) days of the Event (from 25 September 2026 onwards) are generally non-refundable.
3.3. A refund for cancellations made within ten (10) days of the Event will only be considered if:
- A waitlist exists for the Event; and
- The attendee's place can be filled by another participant from the waitlist.
3.4. If the cancelled ticket is successfully resold to a waitlisted participant, a refund of the ticket price will be provided to the original ticket holder.
3.5. If no person is available from the waitlist, or the ticket cannot be resold before the Event, no refund will be payable.
3.6. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Event organisers.
4. Photography and Media
4.1. By attending the Event, attendees consent to the use of their image in Guild publications, social media, websites, and promotional materials unless they advise the organisers otherwise prior to the Event.
