• Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to give away or sell your ticket to someone else. The replacement attendee must present the original ticket QR code upon arrival.
• This event is girls-only and open to attendees aged 18+. Valid photo ID may be requested.
• Please arrive on time. If you are late and do not notify the Event Organiser, the bus will depart as scheduled. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and drink responsibly throughout the event. Any antisocial, inappropriate, or illegal behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event or transport without a refund.
• The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or likely to negatively impact the experience of others.
• The Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• Attendees participate in this event at their own risk. While reasonable care will be taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the Event Organiser accepts no liability for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law.
• Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and for consuming alcohol responsibly throughout the event.
• Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you advise the Event Organiser otherwise.
• Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. While we'll do our best to accommodate all requests, this cannot be guaranteed.
• Event timings, venues, transport arrangements, or the itinerary may be subject to change due to operational requirements, venue availability, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the Event Organiser's reasonable control.
