CHARITY DRIVE DAYS 2026 RAFFLE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This raffle is conducted by Charity Drive Days under Victorian minor gaming permit number MG-R26345901.

2. Ticket sales are limited to 500 tickets. Tickets are $500.00 each, or three tickets for $1,000.00.

3. Raffle tickets are numbered 001/500 to 500/500 and are allocated in order of purchase. Your numbered ticket is issued to you by Charity Drive Days once your purchase is confirmed. Your online booking confirmation is a receipt of payment and is not your raffle ticket. Numbers cannot be chosen or requested.

4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.

5. Ticket sales close at 5:00pm on Monday 23 November 2026, or when all 500 tickets are sold, whichever happens first.

6. The raffle will be drawn at 1:00pm on Tuesday 24 November 2026 at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, 381 Back Beach Road, Ventnor VIC 3922.

7. Numbers are drawn at random from all tickets sold, and every ticket in the draw has an equal chance of being drawn. The first number drawn takes first prize, the second number drawn takes second prize, and so on through to fifth prize. A ticket can win one prize only. If a number already drawn comes out again, it is set aside and another number is drawn.

8. The prizes are:

First prize: limited edition Fiat Abarth 500e Scorpionissima, acid green. RRP $68,000.00.

Second prize: TAG Heuer Monaco automatic watch, stainless steel 39mm. RRP $12,800.00.

Third prize: Messika Baby Move Pavé, 18k yellow gold, 0.35 carat total diamond weight, model 04322. RRP $5,570.00.

Fourth prize: travel voucher. RRP $5,000.00.

Fifth prize: La Manna & Sons hamper. RRP $500.00.

Total prize value $91,870.00.

9. Prizes are as described and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Must state who pays registration, stamp duty, transfer and insurance, where the vehicle is collected from, whether delivery outside Victoria is covered, the model and colour supplied, and that images shown are of an overseas model.]

11. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing using the contact details supplied at the time of purchase, within 48 hours of the draw. Results will be published at charitydrivedays.com.au.

12. [UNCLAIMED PRIZE CLAUSE TO BE CONFIRMED. Must match the conditions written on the permit. State how long a winner has to claim and what happens after that period.]

13. Tickets are non refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

14. The travel voucher is subject to the issuing provider's own terms, conditions and expiry.

15. Personal information collected is used to administer the raffle, contact winners and meet the record keeping conditions of the permit. It is not sold or passed to third parties.

16. Proceeds from this raffle go to our chosen beneficiaries.
