IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Please be aware that there is a lockout policy for the performance evening. Latecomers will only be admitted access to the theatre at an appropriate break in the performance schedule and may not be able to sit in the allocated seating due to the lack of house lighting during the performance.
Please use the carpark entrance on Gordin Way to access our Performing Arts Theatre.
Be aware that there is a gate lockout policy for this performance evening. If you are running late for the event by more than 20 min, you may find that the College gates on the Gordin Way entrance to the A block are locked. There is a staff member patrolling the carpark, who will be able to open the gates if you can provide your tickets as ID for entry. Alternatively, if you need to leave the performance exhibition evening before the close of the show, there will be a staff member in the A block foyer to assist you in exiting the locked College carpark gates. Terms and Conditions
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled.
5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com

8. Proof of age may be requested.
9. Latecomers will have to wait to be seated until there is a break in the performance items. Doors open (20) minutes before the event.
10. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
11. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
12. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
13. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
14. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
15. A limit of 6 tickets per event/session. i.e. one family of four + two single tickets.
