Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Prams and strollers are not permitted inside the event due to occupational health and safety requirements.
Children are encouraged to dress as their favourite Princess or character. To help preserve the magic for our young guests, we kindly ask that adults do not wear Princess character costumes, as this may cause confusion with our professional performers.
Our official event photographer will be capturing magical moments throughout the day for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please advise the photographer or a member of our team upon arrival.
As this is an outdoor event, we recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen and a refillable water bottle.
Refunds are available up to seven (7) days prior to the event. Refunds cannot be provided within seven (7) days of the event.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once Upon A Princess, its employees, contractors and volunteers accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage or theft that may occur during the event. Parents and guardians are responsible for the care, supervision and safety of the children in their care at all times.
Once Upon A Princess reserves the right to make changes to the advertised program, performers or event schedule where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
