All ticket sales are final. Please check your selected performance, ticket type and quantity carefully before completing your purchase. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect bookings, inability to attend, late arrival or any other reason, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Where possible, tickets may be exchanged to an alternative performance, subject to availability. Requests for exchanges should be made as early as possible before your original performance. Exchanges are not guaranteed. If an exchange can be accommodated, the Box Office will allocate the best available available seats for the new performance. Original seat locations cannot be guaranteed.

Inner West Theatre Company is a 100% volunteer-run, not-for-profit community theatre company. Our Box Office is managed by volunteers who generously donate their time alongside work, study and family commitments. We will always do our best to assist with booking enquiries; however, emails and messages are not monitored continuously. If you have made an error with your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and allow reasonable time for a response.

Late seating is at the discretion of our Front of House team and may only be permitted at an appropriate break in the performance. Admission after the performance has commenced cannot be guaranteed.

Performance running times are approximate. Casting, creative personnel and production elements are subject to change without notice.

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled by Inner West Theatre Company, patrons will be offered an exchange to another performance where possible or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Photography, video recording and audio recording of the performance are strictly prohibited.

All patrons, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket unless otherwise specified for a particular performance.

Selected performances will feature Auslan interpretation. Please refer to the performance schedule when booking.
