All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other events, except as required under local consumer protection laws.

Liability waiver release
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is entirely voluntary. You assume all risks associated with your attendance, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage or loss, and exposure to illness.

Health & Physical Fitness:
Line dancing involves physical exertion. By participating, you warrant that you are in good health and physically capable of safely engaging in the workshop activities. If you have any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please consult a physician before attending and pace yourself accordingly during the instruction.

Photography and Media Policy

By purchasing a ticket and attending a public event, you acknowledge and agree that photography and video recording may occur. The event organiser reserves the right to use any captured media for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without compensation to attendees.

Please note: The above Photography and Media Policy applies strictly to public events and explicitly excludes all private events.
