Cancellations, substitutions and refunds
Cancellations must be submitted to PACE Leadership in writing.

Cancellations received at least seven calendar days before the workshop will receive a refund of the ticket price, less any non-refundable TryBooking ticket fee.

Cancellations received fewer than seven calendar days before the workshop are not eligible for a refund. However, registration may be transferred to another participant from the same school or organisation at no additional cost. Please notify PACE Leadership of any substitution before the workshop.

Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance or for participants who leave the workshop early.

If PACE Leadership cancels the workshop or makes a significant change to it, refunds or other remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Workshop communication
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to receive information necessary for the administration and delivery of this event by email.

Workshop materials
Workshop materials are provided for the registered participant’s professional use and must not be reproduced, distributed or shared electronically without the prior written permission of PACE Leadership.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
