• Courage Beyond the Paint is an interactive workshop that may involve physical movement,
breathwork, group discussion, and emotionally engaging conversation.
• You understand the nature of the activities involved.
• You confirm that my son is, to the best of your knowledge, fit and able to participate in the workshop
activities described above.
• You understand that participation is voluntary, and that both you and your son may step back from any activity or conversation at any time without question.
• You release The Rollie Project, its facilitators, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or
damage arising from participation in this workshop.
• You agreed that information shared by other participants during the workshop is to remain confidential,
and agree to respect the privacy of all fathers/mentors and sons present.
• You have read and understand the above, and consent to you son's participation in Courage Beyond the Paint.
