Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations received prior to 1March 2025 will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee per guest.
• Cancellations received on and after 1 March 2025 will not be refunded.
• Substitute attendees may be nominated at any time up to 7 days before, however, it is the individual’s responsibility to find the substitute and advise Freemasons Victoria of substitute guest's names and details (subject to suitability).

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
