*Members being farewelled*
Please indicate if you REQUEST to be farewelled at the Corps Dinner. In the case of a large number of requests, HOC will, determine either those who will be farewelled or provide guidance. The HOC cell will provide a response no later than the closure of ticket sales.
Members being farewelled may attend with one guest (e.g. a family member or someone significant to the member) which requires two tickets. Please record relevant details when purchasing your ticket(s).

*Accommodation*
Please request transit accommodation when booking your ticket. Please do not request accommodation through DHA as a bulk booking has been created and will be managed by the HOC cell.

*Access to Simpson Barracks with DCAC*
If you are unsure if you have "swipe" access to Simpson Barracks, please email the relevant details for either a valid DCAC (PMKeyS number, rank, name and DCAC number) to the RA Sigs HOC Cell (rasigs.hoc@defence.gov.au) once you have completed your booking.

*Access to Simpson Barracks without DCAC*
Please please email photo ID details (type, country/state of issue, number) to the RA Sigs HOC Cell (rasigs.hoc@defence.gov.au) once you have completed your booking. The HOC cell will provide a consolidated list of access requirements to the security contractor to expedite your sign in process on arrival to the base.
