Parent/Guardian Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following conditions for my young person to attend the Neon Lights Youth Event.
Event expectations
Neon Lights is an alcohol, smoke and vape-free event.
Young people are expected to behave respectfully, follow reasonable directions from event staff and volunteers, and help keep the event safe for everyone. If a young person is found with or using alcohol, cigarettes or vapes, or is behaving in a disruptive, unsafe or unruly manner, their parent/guardian will be contacted and expected to arrange collection as soon as possible.
Leaving the event
There are no pass-outs or re-entry to the event. Once a young person leaves the venue, they will not be permitted to return.
Parent/guardian responsibility for the young person resumes once they leave the venue. Parents/guardians must ensure they are available to collect their young person if required.
Parent/Guardian contact
Parents/guardians must provide a current contact number and remain contactable for the duration of the event.
If a young person becomes unwell, is unable to safely remain at the event, or needs to leave for any reason, their parent/guardian may be contacted and required to arrange collection.
Emergency medical care
In the event of an accident, illness or other emergency, I authorise the event organisers and those in charge to take reasonable steps necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of my young person. This may include contacting emergency services, arranging ambulance transport, medical treatment or hospitalisation if required.
I understand that reasonable attempts will be made to contact me or my nominated emergency contact as soon as possible. I understand that I am responsible for any medical or treatment costs.

I have read and understood the above information and give permission for my young person to attend the Neon Lights Youth Event. By purchasing this ticket, I confirm my agreement to these terms and conditions.
