1. General
Payment for tickets must be paid in full and by the due dates/time mentioned in the email. This is to reserve your seat. After this due date/time, if payment is not made, your seat will be given to the next in line
This ticket is valid for the selected date, time, and location of the masterclass.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable & non redeemable on other services under any circumstances (change of mind, scheduling conflicts, etc.).
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, attendees will be offered either a transfer to a new date or a full refund.
Tickets are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend, but you must notify us at least 2 days prior to the event.
4. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the date, time, venue, or content of the masterclass. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
5. Photography & Media
The event may be photographed and/or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional material unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the event.
By attending the masterclass, participants acknowledge that any professional photos or videos captured during the event may be used for the educator’s marketing and promotional purposes. Once content has been published, requests for its removal will not be accommodated unless required by law
6. Liability
The organiser is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or any other issues that may arise during the event.
7. Intellectual Property
All teaching material, techniques, and resources shared during the class remain the intellectual property of the organiser.
Course materials must not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without written consent.
Recording or live streaming the class without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Conduct
Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive without refund.
9. Age Restriction & Children
This is an adults-only event. No children or infants are permitted to attend the masterclass.

10. Model requirements
If participants are required to bring a model, the model must arrive on time with clean skin and meet any requirements provided.
Failure to provide a suitable model may limit the participant’s practical experience.
Models can be organised for students for an additional fee of $120 (paid to the model on the day), but would need 1 weeks notice to have sufficient time to organise appropriate model
11. Hands-on Participation
Participants are expected to actively participate in practical exercises.
The educator reserves the right to refuse participation if a student behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

A respectful and professional learning environment is expected at all times.
Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the masterclass without refund.
