Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled. Child tickets are for children aged 5–12 years and proof of age may be requested at entry. Children under 5 receive free entry. Tickets must be presented for entry. Bathurst Nepalese Community reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
