Terms and Conditions  −  Moonee Ponds Food & Wine Walk: Hall Street Edition

By purchasing a ticket to the Moonee Ponds Food & Wine Walk (Wednesday, 18 November 2026), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Capacity & Ticket Sales
Tickets are strictly limited to a total event capacity of 60 guests.
All tickets must be purchased online prior to the event via TryBooking. No walk-ups or on-the-night door sales are permitted.
2. All-Inclusive Ticket Inclusions
The flat-rate ticket price of $90.00 per head includes:
Stop 1 (Valley Cellar Door): One (1) starter entrée bite and one (1) included welcome drink.
Stop 2 (Angie's Kitchen): One (1) signature main tasting plate.
Stop 3 (Bekka): One (1) signature main tasting plate.
Stop 4 (Saros): One (1) signature dessert finale plate and one (1) included specialty drink.
Any additional food or beverages ordered outside of this pre-set menu are not included in the ticket price and must be paid for directly to the venue at the time of purchase (cash/card bar available at Stops 2 & 3).
All online ticketing and booking fees are absorbed by the Moonee Ponds Traders Association.
3. Dietary Requirements & Food Allergies
Due to the progressive, pre-set nature of this dining event across multiple commercial kitchens, all strict medical dietary requirements, food allergies, coeliac, pescatarian, or vegetarian needs must be declared at the time of booking via the TryBooking checkout prompts.
While participating venues will make every reasonable effort to accommodate declared medical dietaries, late notifications (received less than 7 days prior to the event) or general personal food preferences/dislikes cannot be catered for.
4. Group Seating & Main Course Rotations
Guests will split into two rotating groups of 30 for the main course sessions (visiting Angie's Kitchen and Bekka) and will swap halfway through the evening.
If you are purchasing tickets separately from friends but wish to be placed in the same rotation group, you must specify the Main Booker's full surname in the required field during checkout. The event organizers will make every effort to pair groups together, but cannot guarantee placement if details are missing or submitted late.
5. Arriving On Time & Event Schedule
This is a timed, progressive walking tour that starts sharp at 5:30 PM at Valley Cellar Door.
Ticket holders are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals risk missing allocated group departures, entry courses, or drink service. Missing components cannot be repeated or delayed for latecomers.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Ticket Transfers
Tickets are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
If you are unable to attend, your ticket is fully transferable to another person. You do not need to notify event organizers of a name change, provided the new attendee presents the original digital or printed TryBooking ticket at check-in. Please note that the original dietary requirements submitted at booking will apply to the transferee unless updated at least 7 days prior.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
All participating venues adhere to strict Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.
Alcohol service will be refused to any patron deemed intoxicated. No refunds or compensation will be offered if service is refused or if a guest is removed from a venue by management or event staff. Attendees must be 18 years or older to be served alcohol (valid ID may be requested).
