Eleebana Public School Bush Dance – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets for the Eleebana Public School Bush Dance, you agree to the following:

The event will proceed in wet weather where possible. Activities, entertainment and attractions may be modified, relocated, substituted or cancelled due to weather, safety requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.

Every effort will be made to provide all advertised attractions, including the live bush band, Mechanical Bull, Petting Zoo and Food Vendors. However, attractions, vendors and entertainment are subject to availability and may change without notice if required for operational or safety reasons.

Mechanical Bull ride tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or the Mechanical Bull is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances or safety reasons beyond the organisers’ control.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Patrons must follow the instructions of event staff, volunteers and attraction operators. Appropriate behaviour around all animals is expected. The organisers reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour compromises the safety or welfare of people or animals.

Visitors enter the petting zoo and participate in animal interactions at their own risk. Hand washing after contact with animals is strongly recommended, and children should be supervised at all times.

No outside food or drinks are permitted. Our P&C canteen and food vendors help make this fundraising event possible, and we appreciate your support.

Food vendors operate independently and are responsible for the preparation, allergens and sale of their own food and beverages. Please speak directly with vendors regarding dietary requirements or food allergies.

Photography and videography may be taken during the event for promotional purposes by Eleebana Public School, the P&C and Eleebana OOSH. Please advise an organiser if you do not wish for you or your child to be photographed.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of event staff and emergency personnel.
