Doggy Day Out 2026 – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending Doggy Day Out 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
* Doggy Day Out is proudly presented by The 4S Legacy Inc.
* The event will be held on Saturday 24 October 2026 at Echuca East Recreation Reserve Dog Park.
* Entry is by pre-purchased ticket only. Dog numbers are capped, and bookings are essential.
2. Dog Health & Welfare
* All dogs attending must be up to date with their vaccinations.
* By attending, owners confirm their dog is free from any contagious illness or disease.
* Dogs displaying signs of illness, aggression or behaviour that places others at risk will be refused entry or asked to leave the event without refund.
* Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is suitable to attend a public event with other dogs and people.
3. Owner Responsibilities
* Dogs must remain under the effective control of their owner at all times.
* Dogs must be kept on a lead unless participating in a designated off-lead activity within the allocated competition area.
* Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Waste bags are included in the Doggy Goodie Bags.
* Owners accept full responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by their dog.
4. Children
* Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children.
5. Ticket Sales & Refunds
* All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
* Refunds cannot be provided if you are unable to attend. This policy helps prevent The 4S Legacy Inc from incurring financial losses.
* The 4S Legacy Inc reserves the right to cancel the event if insufficient ticket sales are received to make the event financially viable.
* If The 4S Legacy Inc cancels the event due to insufficient ticket sales, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price.
* If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or other unforeseen events, The 4S Legacy Inc will advise attendees of any alternative arrangements. Where a full cancellation occurs and the event is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be advised of the applicable refund arrangements.
6. Raffles
* Raffle winners are encouraged to be present at the draw.
* All raffle prizes must be collected and taken home during the Doggy Day Out event.
* Any prize not collected before the conclusion of the event may be forfeited and redrawn at the discretion of The 4S Legacy Inc.
7. Photography & Media
* Photography and videography will take place throughout the event.
* By attending, you consent to The 4S Legacy Inc using photographs and video footage containing you, your family and your dog for promotional, marketing, website and social media purposes without compensation.
8. Liability
* Attendance is at your own risk.
* The 4S Legacy Inc, its volunteers, sponsors and event partners accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss or damage to persons, animals or property, except where required by Australian law.
9. Event Changes
* The 4S Legacy Inc reserves the right to amend the event schedule, activities, competition times or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to ensure the safe and successful operation of the event.
10. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees
The 4S Legacy Inc reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require the immediate removal of, any person or dog whose behaviour is considered unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive or otherwise detrimental to the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other attendees, volunteers, vendors or animals.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Aggressive or uncontrolled dogs.
* Owners who fail to keep their dog under effective control.
* Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards volunteers, vendors, sponsors or other attendees.
* Failure to comply with event rules or directions given by event organisers.
Any person or dog removed from the event under these circumstances will not be entitled to a refund.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Doggy Day Out 2026, all attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
