Refunds & Transfers
Refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances if requested at least 7 days prior to the event and are subject to organiser approval. Approved refunds will be issued less a $40 administration fee. TryBooking booking fees are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no cost with written notice via TryBooking at least 24 hours prior to the event.

No refunds will be provided within 7 days of the event or for non-attendance. If the event is cancelled or materially changed, refunds will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (Victoria).

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
