TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event: ABBA Tribute Dinner Show

Venue: The Grove Hidden Valley Resort
By purchasing a ticket to the ABBA Tribute Dinner Show, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Tickets & Booking
1.1. Tickets are required for entry to the event and must be purchased through the authorised ticketing platform.
1.2. Each ticket provides entry for one person to the ABBA Tribute Dinner Show and includes the advertised two-course dinner and dessert served during the event.
1.3. Tickets are strictly limited and subject to availability.
1.4. Ticket prices may vary depending on the ticket release or ticket type. Early Bird tickets are limited and available for a specified period or until sold out.
1.5. Resort member discounts, promotional offers and other discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
2. Non-Refundable Tickets
2.1. All tickets are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded due to a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, illness, travel arrangements or inability to attend.
2.2. Tickets may not be exchanged for another event or alternative date.
2.3. The Grove Hidden Valley Resort may, at its discretion, consider requests to transfer a ticket to another person, provided the request is made prior to the event and the ticket remains valid. Any transfer must be approved by the venue.
2.4. If the event is cancelled by The Grove Hidden Valley Resort, ticket holders will be contacted and provided with information regarding any available refund or alternative arrangements.
2.5. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled event. Further information will be provided to ticket holders should this occur.
3. Event Schedule
3.1. The advertised event schedule is as follows:
6:00pm: Doors open
6:30pm: Dinner service begins
7:15pm: ABBA Tribute Show begins
8:00pm: Intermission and dessert service
9:30pm: Final set concludes
3.2. Event times are subject to change at the discretion of The Grove Hidden Valley Resort and event organisers.
3.3. Guests are encouraged to arrive before the scheduled dinner service to allow sufficient time for check-in and seating.
4. Food & Dietary Requirements
4.1. The ticket price includes the advertised two-course dinner and dessert served during the event.
4.2. Guests must advise of any dietary requirements or allergies when completing their booking.
4.3. While The Grove Hidden Valley Resort will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment due to the preparation and handling of food within our commercial kitchen.
4.4. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact the venue prior to booking to discuss whether their requirements can be safely accommodated.
5. Alcohol & Beverages
5.1. Beverages are not included in the ticket price unless specifically stated.
5.2. Drinks will be available for purchase at the venue during the event.
5.3. The Grove Hidden Valley Resort reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person in accordance with applicable laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
5.4. Guests must comply with all applicable liquor licensing laws and venue requirements.
6. Dress Code
6.1. There is no mandatory dress code for the event.
6.2. Guests are encouraged to dress in their favourite ABBA-inspired or disco-themed attire. Dressing up is optional but highly encouraged.
7. Venue Entry & Conduct
7.1. Guests must present a valid ticket upon arrival.
7.2. The Grove Hidden Valley Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, threatening, abusive or unsafe.
7.3. No refund will be provided to guests who are refused entry or removed from the event due to their behaviour or failure to comply with venue policies.
7.4. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Grove Hidden Valley Resort accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
8. Photography & Filming
8.1. Photography, video and other recordings may take place during the event for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
8.2. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs or video recordings taken during the event.
8.3. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, please notify a member of The Grove Hidden Valley Resort team upon arrival.
9. Changes to the Event
9.1. The Grove Hidden Valley Resort reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to the entertainment, performers, menu, schedule or event arrangements, where necessary.
9.2. Every effort will be made to ensure that any changes do not materially affect the overall event experience.
10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
10.2. These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable Australian laws and regulations.
