The booking is confirmed when you receive an email notification and receipt from Try Booking.

Carnaby Rise P&C will maintain a list of confirmed and paid up attendees for the event, and you may gain entrance to the event by presenting identification or your email receipt. You will not receive a hard copy or electronic ticket.

All ticket sales are final. No exchange, credit or refund will be given except in the case of the event being cancelled by Carnaby Rise P&C. If the event is cancelled by Carnaby Rise P&C, you are entitled to a full refund.


Carnaby Rise P&C will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of a cancellation, variation, rescheduling or postponement of the event by sending an email to the address provided to us by the ticket holder and putting a notice on our Facebook page.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
