Conditions of Entry

By booking a Hay Mates event and selecting the acknowledgement below, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following Conditions of Entry.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 3 days' notice: Full refund.
• 3 days to 24 hours' notice: Cancellations due to illness or injury of the horse or participant may receive a credit towards a future Hay Mates event at the organiser's discretion.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund or credit, except at the organiser's discretion.

Photography & Media
Harmony Horsemanship may take photos and videos throughout the day for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to Harmony Horsemanship using images or video footage that may include you and/or your horse in print, online and on social media. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the organiser before the commencement of the event, and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Participant Recording
To protect the privacy of participants and ensure training methods, discussions and individual learning experiences are not taken out of context, video recording of lessons or sessions by attendees is not permitted. Photos for personal use are welcome, provided they respect the privacy of other participants and their horses.

Liability Waiver
Horse activities involve inherent risks. All participants, including Fence Sitters, are required to read and sign a Liability Waiver and Release Form before the commencement of the event. This document will be provided by the organiser. Participants who do not sign the waiver will be unable to attend the event.

Respectful Environment
Hay Mates is a welcoming, inclusive community where horses and people are treated with kindness, patience and respect. By attending, participants agree to contribute to a positive, supportive and encouraging environment so that everyone—both human and horse—can enjoy the day in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
