By booking a Story Session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
General:
- Please follow all staff instructions while in the production areas. Guests enter the distillery at their own risk.
- We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or power outages).
- Story Sessions proceed in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we may reschedule or cancel the session and offer an alternative date or full refund.
- For safety reasons, all guests must wear closed-toe shoes. Guests without appropriate footwear may be unable to participate, and refunds will not be provided.
- Please contact us before booking if you have any accessibility requirements so we can discuss whether this experience is suitable.
- We may photograph the event space for promotional purposes, but we will not identify guests without consent.
Bookings, Payment and Cancellations:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings run for the allocated 1 hour period. Access outside this time may not be available.
- A minimum of 5 guests is required for this experience. If minimum numbers aren't met, we'll contact you at least 72 hours before your booking to arrange an alternative date or a full refund.
- Story Sessions commence promptly at the advertised time. Late arrivals may be unable to join the session once it has commenced, and refunds cannot be provided for missed or partially attended sessions.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking total.
Responsible Service of Alcohol & Age Requirements:
- As a licensed venue and working distillery, we strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
- Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted for Story Sessions including infants and children under parental supervision.
- Valid photo ID may be requested.
- Service may be refused to intoxicated guests.
- Management reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
