I will make the Sound Practioner aware of any medical conditions before the Sound Bath. If I am pregnant, have a pace maker, post-surgery or sound induced epilepsy, my purchasing a ticket verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have.
