By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a paranormal investigation conducted at the specified location. I understand that such activities may involve exposure to potentially hazardous environments, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, darkness, electrical hazards, and unexpected phenomena. I accept all risks associated with my participation, including personal injury, property damage, or psychological effects.
I hereby release the organisers, property owners, and all associated parties from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of the investigation. I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate, and I agree to follow all instructions provided by the organisers. I understand that this waiver is binding and applies to any claims arising from my participation, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
I hereby grant Golden Triangle Paranormal the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and video recordings taken of me during the tour for promotional purposes without compensation.
By purchasing a ticket, I certify that I have carefully read and fully understand this agreement. I am at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian and freely accept all conditions.
