By purchasing a ticket(s) you are consenting to adhere to the rules and safety regulations of CCC Central Coast. Any malicious/negligent damage caused to venue property by an attendee will be the financial responsibility of said individual.
You (the attendee) also acknowledge that you are participating in the event at your own risk, and neither the organisers or CCC Central Coast are liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages during the time of the event.
Tickets are available for a free refund 59 days prior to the event; February 16th, 2027. Afterwards, a 50% refund will be allocated for the next month up to March 16th, 2027. Please note that a ticket is needed in order to attend the event. If you do not have valid proof of a ticket then you will be unable to attend. A ticket MAY be transferred to another individual as long as this transfer is recorded via email to; BotcRetreatNSW@gmail.com
This event is not directly affiliated with The Pandemonium Institute (TPI) and is its own individual function.
The organiser (Riley Kelly) and CCC Central Coast have the right to remove an attendee without refund during the event if the attendee is deemed to be unsafe, threatening, overlay disruptive, and harmful to anyone or anything.
