Event Ticket Terms & Conditions
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the event! Before purchasing your ticket, please take a moment to read the information below.

Tickets & Early Bird Pricing
• Early Bird tickets are available until 30 September 2026, or until the Early Bird allocation sells out, whichever comes first.
• Full Price tickets will be available from 1 October 2026, subject to availability.
• Early Bird and Full Price tickets are subject to the same event and refund conditions below.

Tickets & Refunds
We understand that plans can sometimes change. As our event costs are committed in advance, tickets are generally non-refundable if you simply change your mind, your plans change, or you can no longer attend.
That said, we understand that unexpected things happen. If you experience genuine extenuating circumstances, please get in touch with us as early as possible and we may be able to offer a refund. Requests should be made at least 7 days before the event and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for supporting information depending on the circumstances.
Refund requests made within 7 days of the event will generally not be considered under this provision, although exceptional circumstances may be considered at the Event Organiser's discretion.
If the event is cancelled, we will provide a refund in accordance with the applicable ticketing arrangements.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Weather & Outdoor Event
This is an all-weather, outdoor event, so please come prepared for the conditions on the day.
The event will go ahead in a range of weather conditions. A decision not to attend because of the weather, or discomfort caused by weather conditions, does not by itself qualify for a refund.
If weather or other circumstances mean that the event cannot safely go ahead, we will communicate with ticket holders as soon as possible and any applicable refunds or other remedies will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that this is an outdoor event and that weather conditions may vary.

Seating
Seating for General Admission (GA) tickets is not reserved.
We will make sure there is plenty of seating and lawn space available, however seating is first in, best dressed. So if you have a particular spot in mind, we recommend arriving early!

Event Entry & Venue
• Gates open from 4:00pm.
• Food and beverages will be available to purchase at the venue.
• Strictly no BYO food or beverages.
• Please follow any reasonable directions from event and venue staff and any applicable venue conditions.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and are happy to join us for an outdoor, all-weather event.
