All fencers should be appropriately insured by their club, and so authorised to participate in this tournament.

All fencers accept they are entering an open tournament using steel swords, and are appropriately prepared to fence in this event, having agreed to all conditions in the waiver provided when purchasing tickets.

Interstate fencers should be aware of Victorian legislation concerning sword ownership, and contact the event organisers for temporary coverage under Scholar Victoria if they require it (see https://scholarvictoria.com/sword-exemption-status)

Fencers agree to follow the rules laid out for the tournament to the best of their ability.

Withdrawal with full refund can be made up midnight, 1st Octobertor. Refunds after this risk not being refunded.
