Terms & Conditions – Six Gifts of Love, Compassion & Peace of Mind

Eligibility

* Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
* Entry is valid only upon purchase of an official ticket through The 4S Legacy Inc.
* Each ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the draw.

Minimum Ticket Requirement

* A minimum of 2,000 tickets must be sold for the raffle draw to proceed.
* If fewer than 2,000 tickets are sold by the advertised closing date, The 4S Legacy Inc reserves the right to extend the raffle closing date until the minimum number of tickets has been sold, or to cancel the raffle if necessary.
* If the raffle is cancelled, all ticket purchases will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Prize

* Six (6) winners will be drawn.
* Each winner will receive a private pet cremation and memorial keepsake package, generously donated by one of our participating pet cremation providers.
* The prize is awarded as a credit in the winner’s name and will remain available until required.
* The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
* The Six Gift’s of Love, Compassion and Peace of Mind state recipients will be announced on Friday 4th September 2026.

State Allocation

* The participating pet cremation provider allocated to each winner is determined solely by the legal residential address provided at the time of ticket purchase.
* The legal residential address supplied during booking determines the state in which the prize will be held and the participating pet cremation provider responsible for delivering the service.
* Once entries close, the nominated legal residential address cannot be changed for the purpose of altering state eligibility or changing the allocated pet cremation provider.
* Winners must redeem their prize through the participating pet cremation provider servicing the state linked to their legal residential address.

* Victoria, South Australia & Australian Capital Territory: Edenhills Pet Cremation
* New South Wales: Patch & Purr Pet Cremation
* Queensland: Pets in Peace Pet Cremation
* Western Australia: Lawnswood Pet Cremation

Redemption

* The prize is available only to the named winner.
* Identification and proof of residential address may be requested before the prize is redeemed.
* The prize may only be used for the winner’s own companion animal unless otherwise approved by The 4S Legacy Inc.
* Recipients are responsible for any transportation costs associated with transporting their pet to the participating pet cremation provider.

Draw

* Winners will be selected by random draw on the advertised draw date.
* Winners will be notified using the contact details supplied at the time of booking.
* Winners’ first name, surname initial and state may be published on The 4S Legacy Inc’s website and social media platforms.

General

* By purchasing a ticket, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
* All proceeds support The 4S Legacy Inc’s charitable mission of assisting individuals and families experiencing genuine financial hardship with private pet cremation and memorial keepsakes.
* The 4S Legacy Inc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where required by law or where necessary to ensure the fair and proper administration of the fundraiser.
