Bookings are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If a session is cancelled due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session before the Sydney Swans Academy trials. If this is not possible, participants will be contacted regarding available options.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, participation is at the participant's own risk. Aish Football Academy and its coaches are not liable for injuries, loss or damage except where required by law.

Parents/guardians consent to photographs and videos being taken during sessions for coaching and promotional purposes unless they advise us otherwise in writing before the event.

Parents/guardians should ensure players arrive with appropriate football attire, boots, water and any required medication.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
