By purchasing a ticket for any workshops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Participation & Disclaimer

Participation in this workshop involves physical movement and may carry an inherent risk of injury. By attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

Participants are responsible for ensuring the workshop is suitable for their own fitness level, physical condition and experience. If you experience pain, discomfort or feel unwell during the workshop, you should stop participating immediately, notify the instructor and seek appropriate medical advice where required.

The Australian Burlesque Festival, Cherry Daiquiri Productions, the venue and workshop instructors do not provide medical advice, treatment or diagnosis. Participants are encouraged to consult a medical professional before participating if they have any concerns regarding their health.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Australian Burlesque Festival reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops where necessary.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
