Horse Health Declarations (HHD) must be printed (https://www.nswera.asn.au/forms/horses.html), completed and handed to ride personnel upon entry to the ride base. (NB. You will not be permitted entry to ride base without a completed HHD.)
Cancellation Policy - a full refund of the ride entry fee (minus the $1.00 booking fee) will be made for cancellations requested by email (kylieanthony@mail.com) 24 hours prior to the ride, i.e. Saturday 26th September.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
