7. **Changes or Cancellation.** The organiser reserves the right to alter event details, substitute activities, change venues, reschedule or cancel an event where necessary, including due to weather, venue issues, illness, safety concerns or circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control.
8. **Refunds.**
* If the organiser cancels the event, attendees will receive a refund unless the event is rescheduled and the attendee elects to transfer their ticket.
* No refunds will be provided for cancellations by attendees, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
* Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior approval from the organiser, where practical.
9. **Risk Acknowledgement.** Many activities involve ordinary risks associated with community events, including outdoor environments, physical activity and interaction with other participants. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept these ordinary risks.
