Ticket Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon registration.

2. Non-Refundable Policy:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, change of plans, or for any other reason once the booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Changes:
We reserve the right to cancel or alter the retreat details, activities, or speakers if necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund. No other compensation will be provided.

4. Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in all activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation if health or safety concerns arise.

5. Liability:
Participants agree to participate at their own risk. The organisers, hosts, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat.

6. Insurance:
Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance, as the retreat fee does not cover personal injury, loss, or damage.

7. Privacy:
By attending the retreat, participants consent to photographs and videos being taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify the organisers in advance.

8. Accommodation:
All accommodation arrangements are included in the ticket price. Cancellations or changes to accommodation bookings are subject to the provider’s policies.

9. Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand all policies prior to booking.

Note: Refunds will only be issued if we are able to resell your spot to another participant. If your place can be filled, a full refund will be provided minus any administrative fees. Please consider this before completing your booking, as refunds will not be issued if we are unable to resell your spot due to personal emergencies, travel disruptions, illness, or other circumstances.
