MTG MATE Event Centre is open for all events at least one hour prior to the commencement of the event.
You should aim to show up at least 15 to 30 minutes early to register for your event and make sure you're all ready to go when the event starts.

I'm running late, what should I do?
If you're running late, please contact our retail team via email at retail@mtgmate.com.au as soon as possible.
If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes after the event has started, entry is at the discretion of the retail team. If we aren't contacted before the event commences, your place may be forfeited.

I can't make it to the event, what should I do?
If you're unable to attend your event, please email our retail team at retail@mtgmate.com.au before the event begins.
To request a refund, simply forward your original email titled "Your Booking Confirmation" to us and include any additional information you'd like us to know. We'll process your refund as soon as possible.

Refunds are only available if you notify us before the event commences by following the process above. If you do not contact us before the start of the event, your ticket and any refund entitlement will be forfeited.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
