Places are limited and bookings will close once capacity is reached. Full payment is required to secure your place. Participants must be at least 5 years of age. Participants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

This seminar involves physical activity. By attending, participants confirm they are medically fit to participate and accept responsibility for training within their own abilities.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all instructions provided by the instructors. Anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner may be asked to leave without refund.

Participants train at their own risk. Tora Kai Karate-Do, the instructors and venue accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage except where required by law.

Comfortable training attire (gi or suitable training clothing) should be worn. Protective equipment may be used where appropriate.

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organisers.

Refunds are available if the event is cancelled by the organisers. Refund requests made more than 2 days before the event may be considered at the organisers' discretion. No refunds will be issued for no-show attendees without prior notification, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the advertised schedule, instructors or venue if necessary.

Photos and video may be taken during the seminar for promotional purposes. Please advise the organisers before the event if you do not wish to appear in promotional material.
