EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each ticket admits one guest to the 2026 Suicide Prevention Dinner & Dance.
Tickets are $150 per person, plus applicable TryBooking fees.
Please choose carefully. Refunds are not available for change of mind. A ticket may be transferred to another guest by notifying the Event Organiser before 31 August 2026. This does not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, ticket holders will be offered the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. TryBooking service fees may be treated separately in accordance with TryBooking’s terms.
The Event Organiser may make reasonable changes to the event program, entertainment or running order where necessary.
Dietary and accessibility requirements must be submitted by 31 August 2026. The venue and Event Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified requirements but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years or over and is subject to the venue’s responsible service of alcohol requirements. Acceptable identification may be requested.
Guests must comply with venue directions and behave respectfully towards attendees, volunteers, venue staff and event representatives. A person whose conduct is unsafe, threatening, excessively intoxicated or disruptive may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund.
Photography and video may be taken during the event for event reporting and future promotion. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should advise the Event Organiser or event staff.
Personal information collected through the booking process will be used to administer the event and communicate essential booking information. Future promotional communication will only be sent where separate consent has been provided.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
