Terms and Conditions  −  The Elements That Connect Us: Sound Healing & Art Making

Terms & Conditions for Participation:

Terms of Participation: Sound baths and sound healing uses sound and
vibration to gently lead people into a deep state of relaxation. The intention is
for guests to go from an alert awake state of concentration into a relaxed
state, so the nervous system has time to unwind, restore and reset itself. Part
of this session involves sound instruments that vibrate being held in proximity
to your body. Participants generally lie on yoga mats on the floor. If there are
any reasons you know that you may experience discomfort, pain or injury from
this session please first contact Sarah Naarden.

Sound healing, sound baths and sound massage involve the use of
instruments that produce sound frequencies - these instruments may be
placed on or near the body to promote relaxation and well-being. A sound
bath is not recommended if you have a pacemaker or other implanted device,
live with epilepsy, heart arrhythmia, schizophrenia or bipolar experience.
