PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
Every site holder must be covered by a Public Liability Insurance Policy. If a person is injured within your site, your Public Liability Insurance Policy will protect you from a claim from the injured person/s. This could be something as simple as a person tripping within your site, dropping something on their foot or your marquee being damaged and injuring someone.
The Emerald Show Society Public Liability Insurance Policy provides insurance for anyone injured when they are in the common areas of the event e.g walkways, eating areas, toilet areas etc.
Note: Check with your existing insurer – they may be able to cover your site under your existing policy, otherwise, you can purchase your own Public Liability Insurance policy online from various insurers (estimated cost of $40 for one day) or you can add a Public Liability Insurance Ticket to be added to the Emerald Show Uninsured Site Holders policy.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
