• Ticket includes lunch and refreshments for one person. Please advise of any dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket.
• The luncheon will commence promptly at 12:30 pm in the Clubhouse. Guests are welcome to arrive early to make the most of their visit to Swan Island—enjoy a drink from the bar or a round of golf before the event (golf and beverages are at your own cost).
• A TryBooking administration fee of $0.50 per entry and 2.5% per transaction applies.
• Photography and Marketing Consent: By participating in this event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images and recordings may be used by Queenscliff Golf Club for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes in print and digital media, including social media platforms. If you do not wish for your image to be used, or would like to withdraw your consent at any time, please notify us in writing to info@queenscliffgolfclub.com.au
• As Queenscliff Golf Club is located on Department of Defence land, all persons must present a Photo ID at the security checkpoint before crossing the bridge to Swan Island. Only original documents are accepted; no photocopies, photographs or scans. Official digital records (e.g., VicRoads digital licence) may also be used.
• Note: Please do not stop or take photos as you cross the bridge or causeway and obey all road signage.
