Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the "Galilee Gala 2026 - Midnight in Monaco" fundraising event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Final Sale
Please choose carefully when purchasing tickets. All ticket sales are final and, except where required by law, tickets are non-refundable.

2. Change of Mind or Non-Attendance
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, personal circumstances, illness, scheduling conflicts or if a ticket holder is unable to attend the event.

3. Fundraising Purpose
This event is being held as a fundraiser for Galilee Regional Catholic Primary School. If a ticket holder is unable to attend and does not use or transfer their ticket, the ticket price will be retained by the School and treated as a contribution towards the fundraising proceeds of the event.

4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the event. Where required, the purchaser should notify the Event Organiser of any change in attendee details.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation
If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the Event Organiser will manage refunds or other remedies in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

6. TryBooking
Tickets are sold through TryBooking and are also subject to TryBooking's applicable customer terms and conditions. TryBooking acts as the ticketing platform and refunds or changes relating to the event are managed by the Event Organiser.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
