By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the event by email from the Goodwin Tennis and you agree to receive all communications from Goodwin Tennis, West Port Macquarie Tennis Club.

You consent to allow your image or your child’s image (if your child is playing in either event) to be used on our social media platforms and/or website. These images will only be used for the sole purpose of sharing about this event for Goodwin Tennis or their associated tennis clubs’ exposure in a tennis related manner. If you have any concerns regarding this or wish to inform us that you or your child is not to be photographed, please contact us in writing to info@goodwintennis.com.au

If there is bad weather and we need to cancel the event, you will receive an SMS telling you. If you don't hear from us, please assume the event is ON. In Port Macquarie it can be raining on one side of town but be sunny on the other and whilst we will try to let you know as early as possible, the weather is super unpredictable so we really have to go with the flow.

If you are unable to attend the event please let us know as soon as possible. No refund will be provided since this is a charity event with all funds going directly to Mark, Lauren and their son Archie.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
