ABCRA North Queensland Zone Finals Rodeo – TryBooking Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and entering the ABCRA North Queensland Zone Finals Rodeo, you agree to the following:

1. All persons enter the venue at their own risk.

2. The ABCRA North Queensland Zone, Bartlett Park Rodeo Grounds, event organisers, volunteers, officials, sponsors and contractors accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage or theft of personal property except where required by law.

3. Rodeo is a live sporting event involving horses, cattle and livestock. Patrons acknowledge there are inherent risks associated with attending and agree to remain behind all barriers and comply with directions from event officials at all times.

4. Entry is subject to the directions of event organisers, security personnel and emergency services. Any person behaving in a dangerous, abusive, intoxicated or disorderly manner may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.

5. Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law. The event will proceed in wet weather where safe to do so. Program times and events may change without notice.

6. No BYO alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks or other prohibited items are permitted. This is a licensed venue and valid photo identification may be required for the purchase of alcohol.

7. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

8. No pets are permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals.

9. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and video may be used by the ABCRA North Queensland Zone for promotional, marketing and media purposes without compensation.

10. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.

11. Patrons must comply with all safety, biosecurity and emergency directions while attending the event.

12. The ABCRA North Queensland Zone reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
